Congratulations to the STLP (Student Technology Leadership Program) students from Franklin-Simpson Middle School on advancing in the Digital Product Online Judging Competition to the STLP State Championship! These students will join our project team “Technology in Action” who advanced from regionals at Western Kentucky University in the fall.
In the area of Digital Art:
Laney Moyers with product “Merry Recollection” and the product “Full of Life” by Allie Gross will be advancing to the State Championship.
In the area of Informational Technology:
Gabe Henson and Makayla Nelson are advancing to the STLP State Championship for Get Certified! In this program the students studied and completed exams to become certified in an Informational Technology area.
Jennifer Emberton coaches the FSMS STLP Team focusing on informational products & service learning projects; Christy Matthews is the assistant coach, focusing on digital art products.
Scores are in for most events! We are still waiting on judging from our PSA project.
