STLP- Student News- Starting a student news program. This was an overview of how our student news show is created. Topics covered: platforms, training, applications, daily forms, and digital tools.
STLP: Starting a Middle School Help Desk- This presentation covered the basic information in getting a student help desk started at your school. Topics include: student job descriptions, applications, trouble shooting forms, and more! Great for STLP projects!

Flipping the Summer School Class

Planned the morning set-up of over thirty club offerings at Franklin-Simpson Middle School. Ensured each club had a display and a form of technology was displayed, or used, in each of the clubs presentation. Most clubs had QR codes, videos, or websites to showcase our guest from various school systems in the United States and Canada.

Discovering ASL with Technology
Guided a group of students that were interested in learning more about American Sign Language. The students watched videos on YouTube, practiced basic signs using apps, and looked closely at the culture that surrounds ASL.
Newsletter using Word templates 
Founded a student newsletter team in seventh grade language arts at Franklin-Simpson Middle school. Student met once each week to put together a monthly newsletter. This was used as an enrichment activity for GT students.
Robotics Class
Co-taught a robotics class at Franklin-Simpson Middle School using Lego Mindstorm NXT Robotics. Assisted in planning out lessons, assessments, and activities for students.
